Where low-voltage shops lose money every week.

Trucks roll blind

The tech finds out on site the camera is just offline, or the panel needs a part he doesn't have.

Coming soon: System status from UniFi, Verkada and Eagle Eye on the call before anyone drives.

Second trips for a ladder

No ladder tall enough, no spare reader, no lift. Same job, two trips, one bill.

Coming soon: The service call builds the truck list from mount heights and the equipment on file.

Installed gear never billed

Devices go up on Tuesday and the progress bill goes out three weeks later, missing half of it.

Coming soon: Each "Installed" tap moves the job % and drops the line onto the next bill.

Warranties, returns and COIs slip

Return windows close on boxed gear. Sub insurance expires and nobody notices.

Fix: Warranty dates start at install. Return windows and COI expiry show up before they lapse.
Remote check Coming soon

Know what's wrong before the truck rolls.

LV Dispatch pulls live status from the systems you already install, right on the service call. Your dispatcher sees whether it's a dead camera, a down switch or a customer who unplugged the NVR.

  • UniFi device and port status on the call
  • Verkada camera online and firmware status
  • Eagle Eye bridge reboot from the office
  • Fix it from the office or roll with the right parts

The call builds the truck list.

Type or paste what the customer said. LV Dispatch reads the site record, finds the device, the mount height and the panel, then lists what the tech needs to bring.

  • Ladder size from mount height
  • Spare parts that match the installed model
  • Panel location, keys and access notes
  • One trip, not two

Tech taps "Installed." The office is done.

Questions

Straight answers.

Who is LV Dispatch for?

Low-voltage shops doing access control, CCTV, fire, intrusion and networking, from owner-operators to multi-tech shops.

Is there an implementation fee?

No. Setup is self-guided with a checklist in each module, and you can import customers, sites and equipment from a spreadsheet.

What does the remote check do? Coming soon

It shows live status from UniFi, Verkada and Eagle Eye on the service call. Verkada shows camera and firmware status only. UniFi shows device and port status. Eagle Eye adds bridge reboot from the office.

How do Wesco and ADI quote requests work? Coming soon

From a quote, LV Dispatch packages the parts list and hands the request off to your Wesco or ADI rep. Their pricing comes back through your account with them.

How does billing work?

You set it. Equipment billing timing, retainage and warranty start are configured in Settings with shop defaults and per-customer overrides. Installed items build the billable completion schedule.

Can I start free?

Yes. Free has no card and no time limit and covers jobs, assets, contacts and customers. Move to Pro or Business when you need more.

Your next truck roll should know what it's walking into.

Set up LV Dispatch yourself today. Free plan, no implementation fee, no card.
